We have been successfully selling and letting properties in Bexhill since 1988 when we opened our first office at St. Leonards Road. In September 2006 we moved from our Office in St. Leonards Road to 8 Devonshire Road and now command one of the most prominent Town Centre locations.
Our Manager Mrs Vivien Hodge has been with the Company since we opened in 1988 as she was involved in setting up the office. She has worked in Estate Agency since 1978 having previously worked for a national firm of Estate Agents in London prior to moving to Bexhill in 1987 when she joined Shuttleworths. She is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and an individual member of ARLA the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
In order to ensure the highest possible standards of service to our Clients and Customers, Shuttleworths follow the codes of practice laid down by the National Association of Estate Agents, the Ombudsman for Estate Agents and ARLA the Association of Residential Letting Agents
