We have been successfully selling properties in Bexhill since 1988 when we opened our first office at St. Leonards Road. This was followed by the opening of our Little Common Office in 1997. In September 2006 we moved from our Office in St. Leonards Road to 8 Devonshire Road and now command one of the most prominent Town Centre locations.

Our Manager Mrs Vivien Hodge joined the Company in 1987 to help set up our first Estate Agency office. She has worked in estate agency since 1978 and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and an individual member of ARLA the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

We have a team of 10 negotiators and administrative staff all with many years experience in estate agency and good local knowledge of the Town.
