If you instruct Shuttleworths to sell your property, you are given the option to use us to provide the full home moving package which includes the estate agency work, Home Information Pack (HIP) and Conveyancing.
The HIP includes an Energy Performance Certificate, Sale Statement, search results from the local water authorities, evidence of title and additional information in relation to leasehold properties including a copy of the lease and maintenance charge details.
All residential properties (apart from new builds) require a HIP before they can go on the market for sale.
With our connection to Menneer Shuttleworth Solicitors we are in the unrivalled position of being able to provide our clients with the “HIP” quickly in order that there is no delay in the marketing of your property.
If you prefer you can use a separate firm of Solicitors to provide your “HIP” and carry out the Conveyancing although most of our clients choose the “Package” as it saves time and the cost is very competitive.
