Bexhill on Sea is situated on the South Coast in East Sussex. It is a peaceful Town with extensive beach and promenade. It has always been a popular retirement Town but in recent years a wider age group has discovered the benefits of living here.

Eastbourne another popular Seaside resort is 15 miles away with a good selection of individual shops, department stores, pier, marina and restaurants. Hastings to the East of Bexhill is just 5 miles away and Battle with its mainline station giving direct access to Charing Cross in just over an hour, is 15 miles away. Ashford giving access to Euro tunnel and the Continent is approximately an hour's drive away.
